Mat Classes
Below we list just a few of our Mat Classes - there is truly something for EVERYONE. We do not believe in the “Exclusive Pilates Vibe” instead we open our wheel house to create a space were every single person can find a class for them and walk out feeling proud of what they accomplished in the hot room.
Coreformer
Our Signature Coreformer 50 and 45 class takes the traditional moves of Reformer and …you guessed it…we make it hot! But not just by increasing the temperature to a comfortable warmth, but because Coreformer classes are true to the Core 95 process and science based activity recommendations to BOTH build strength AND lengthen the body.
Pilates Sculpt
Kelly took her first pilates class in NYC on the upper east side in 1996 and was hooked! She became certified in the principles of pilates but spent years before placing Pilates Sculpt on the schedule. Working from a medical background our owners couldn’t rectify Pilates principles created in the 1960’s (when hyper articulated spines that dance students presented forced JP to create his modality and used extreme flexing to counter that extreme posture). Fast forward to the current day when everyone is “flexed” or rounded over their cell phones, and computers. We looked for a modern day “sweet spot” using some but not ALL Pilates principles …Pilates Sculpt is a blend of pilates principles (I mean Joseph Pilates was the Goat!!) creating a slow core focused sculpting class that focuses on expansion and elongation, minimizing the flex but still incorporating the contraction. We call it Pilates for the modern BODIES. And yes you will be HOT!
Pilates Sculpt Spice
Same thing but with not 1 but 3 High Intensity Intervals (Yes maybe even HOTTER)
Sculpt & Strength
This class is a dynamic workout that combines traditional Pilates exercises with the added intensity of a heated environment. Utilizing methods from Joseph Pilates, this class incorporates a total body work out while focuses on the development of long lean muscles. Hot Pilates aims to increase flexibility and promotes detoxification through sweat.
The room is hot....(but hey so are you!!!)
Vibe 95
Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Our Vibe classes can use exercise bands, or dumbbells, or relies entirely on your own body weight. The "Vibe" part, well that's the cherry on top as you are encouraged and cheered on to be the absolute best version of yourself!
Hot Barreless Barre
Hot Barreless Barre is EXACTLY what is says, a barre-inspired class in a heated room without the use of a traditional ballet barre. This class uses ballet movement to isolate large and small muscles to create strength while also incorporating stretching to create longer leaner muscle fibers.
Sculpt & Box
Sculpt and Box is a mixture of two things you LOVE, cardio kickboxing and sculpting of back, abs, glutes and arms. A complete combination class you start class with a gentle warm up and move into either sculpting or kickboxing spending 50% of your time with each modality gives you a heart racing muscle burn that you will love. Class ends with a lengthening of the muscles as you stretch and elongate.
Booty & Core
Done in a room heated to 95 degrees, Booty & Core focuses on...yup, you got it: BOOTY & CORE (also arms and legs)! In addition to using Barre and Pilates technique and props, this class also incorporates a brief cardio experience, and a stretch and breathing exercise to end each class!
Hot Circuit
In this strength based workout you’ll learn how to move better, train smarter and get stronger along the way. Class will run through muscle focused circuits using weights, props, bodyweight and more. Get ready to sweat it out, boost your metabolism and build long lean muscles.
