What makes our staff special-They are Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Registered Dietitians, former Rocketts, professional dancers and Division 1 athletes. These women didn’t suddenly wake up one day and decide to teach fitness. They have LIVED the fitness lifestyle with at least 10 years of high level academic education and training in anatomy, strength, muscle dynamics, injury prevention, recovery and most important mental toughness. Kelly
Kelly is certified in Core 95 Circuit, American Barre and Pilates and Inferno Hot Pilates. She is co-owner of Core 95 and Core 95 Franchise. When she is not teaching or curating the most insanely danceable playlist she is playing pickle ball, paddle surfing on Monroe Beach or hanging with her family. Catch Kelly most Mondays in the studio where she teaches a strength and cardio combo with signature slow paced strength moves complimented by 4 minute cardio bursts for a well rounded mix of strength and cardio to start your day.

Shannon
Meet Shannon, she is the co-owner of Core 95 and Core 95 Franchise Inc. She is certified in Core 95 Circuit and American Barre. With Kelly, she created the Core 95 method. She is kind, compassionate and motivational. She is known for her inspirational messages she provides to her tribe at the end of every class. She found her love for fitness at a young age when competitively dancing. Shannon is a registered nurse (and currently studying for her masters). She works locally in an cardio-thoracic operating room. Shannon knows firsthand what heart health means and has seen it from the inside out! When Shannon is not working her many jobs, she loves hanging out with her family on the beach, traveling, snowboarding and drinking margaritas with friends.

Colette M.
Staff Manager
Colette M. is a certified group fitness instructor, Lead Instructor at Core 95, and co-founder of FUSE – Fitness Fashion Music. She teaches mat and reformer classes and brings her passion for music to life through her signature Vibe 95 class , a high-energy workout that blends strength, cardio, and serious vibes.
Outside the studio, Colette is a hairstylist, event producer, and proud animal lover!

Sydney
Sydney is a dancer at heart with a background in mental health, blending movement and mindfulness into everything she does. She found Core95 as the perfect balance of strength, sweat, and self-care, and it’s become her happy place both physically and mentally. With her roots in dance, Sydney sees fitness as expression and empowerment, while her mental health training makes every workout a chance to reset and reconnect. She loves how each class challenges her while leaving her grounded, energized, and confident and she’s passionate about helping others feel that same strength from the inside out!

Chelsea
Chelsea is a Long Beach local, former D1 volleyball player, and tough-love fitness instructor who’s passionate about helping people feel strong from the inside out. For her, movement isn’t just physical- it’s a mental reset, a reminder of how powerful you really are. In every class, she’ll challenge you to show up fully, push past your comfort zone, and honor where you’re at. With playlists packed with rap, 90s hits, country, and dance music, expect to sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself with your strength.

Megan
Megan is a dedicated fitness instructor with a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement. With a background as a Division I women’s rower, she has developed exceptional discipline and athleticism. Additionally, as a practicing occupational therapist, she integrates her knowledge of biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation into her class programs. Her unique combination of expertise and experience makes her committed to helping others achieve their personal best and feel great while doing so.

Molly
Molly is a fitness enthusiast who is very passionate about making others feel good about themselves. She is certified in the Core 95 Strength Method, Surfset Fitness, Rowing and Kickboxing, as well as a certified nutrition coach. She is a mom of 2, wife and high school teacher, who you can find bopping around town, loving all Long Beach has to offer with her family. With a strong focus on building muscle to support your bodies for many years to come, her classes are built upon fundamental moves that will deliver just that. Molly loves helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with hard work and consistency.
Bronagh
Meet Bronagh, a dynamic and dedicated fitness instructor certified in both Yoga and the Core 95 Strength Method. Based in Long Beach, Bronagh brings her passion for health and wellness to her early morning classes, where her love for 90s house music sets an energetic tone for every session. A mother of four, she balances her professional life with a strong commitment to her family, cherishing moments spent at the beach and attending church together. Bronagh’s holistic approach to fitness and her vibrant spirit make her a beloved figure in the Long Beach community, inspiring others to lead balanced and active lives.
Carissa
Carissa is a former Radio City Rockette who spent 15+ years performing in various Broadway National Tours and productions around the US and Europe. She is an AFFA certified group fitness instructor of 7 years teaching Barre, Zumba, and dance. Carissa’s classes are form focused, fast paced, and set to the beat of eclectic music selections which motivate and challenge you to dig deep while also having fun and forgetting how hard you are working. She is a proud wife and mama of two human and one fur baby who loves the beach, surfing, and all things wellness!
Paige
Meet Paige, a devoted fitness instructor who loves all there is about health and wellness. She is a Long Beach local, recently graduated from the Ohio State University and currently at Molloy University for nursing. She brings together the aspect of physical health with mental well-being to provide not only a challenging class but a supportive class. Paige’s favorite aspect of fitness is having a space to put aside the stressors we all have and choosing to take time that is exclusively ours. The goal is to leave her class feeling stronger whether that is physically or mentally. Check out one of Paige’s classes for a challenging burn and a motivating start to the day!
Mary Kate
Marykate is a motivational team leader trained in the Lagree Method, the Pure Barre technique and has extensive knowledge in pre/post natal modifications through Barre Intensity. She is a goal crusher who inspires others to reach their personal best! Marykate’s dedicated participation in competitive dance and dance/theatre arts degree led to her committed career in group fitness. Her strong knowledge and understanding of the body’s anatomy and respectful coaching style enable her to provide clear, specific and intentional instruction for proper form and transformative results. With high energy, a fun personality and sharp musicality you’ll find every class an empowering experience at Core 95.

Jennifer
Jen started boxing at age 17 with a coach and fell in love with fitness. Loves to run on the boardwalk on summer nights. She’s a Long Beach transplant from NYC and a college graduate student in forensic science. Jen loves the vibe of Core95 and its members!!

Robyn L.
For over 20 years Robbin has been a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Yoga instructor, and just recently became a Certified Scupformer Reformer Instructor. She has always been passionate about health and fitness, playing and coaching volleyball and practicing yoga daily. Exercise has been her personal way of coping with the different challenges life can present. Robin credits her yoga practice for arriving at 55 years of age in the best shape of her life! She feels It is an honor to practice /teach yoga at Core 95 with the most amazing staff, and always encourages people to make yoga a part of their life.
Lauren B.
Lauren Bricca is a dancer as well as a fitness and Pilates instructor. She holds a BFA in Dance Performance and has been in the fitness industry for 8 years. She believes in integrating a strong mind-body connection to every class she leads. She loves to incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and has a desire to guide clients to connect with their inner selves, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. Her positive energy, vivacious spirit, and deep passion for movement is demonstrated throughout her classes.

Reagan
Meet Reagan, a passionate and uplifting Coreformer instructor who brings her love for movement and strength to each class. A former Division I lacrosse player who discovered her love for fitness, being apart of a team, and learning how the muscles work during her years playing lacrosse in college. Her classes are challenging yet fun, designed to push clients both mentally and physically while keeping the energy high. Outside the studio, Reagan recently earned her degree in Fashion Merchandising and loves expressing her creativity through fashion, travel, and content creation. Reagan is always on the go, whether it’s trying new fitness classes, traveling, or hanging out with friends and family.
Kaylee C.
Meet Kaylee! A passionate Coreformer instructor born and raised in Long Beach. Drawing from her career in fashion, she brings creativity and style to her teaching, helping clients feel confident and empowered. Outside the studio, she loves spending time at the beach, cooking with her family, and being with the people she loves most.

Jessica R.
Jessica has over 15 years in the fitness industry, where her journey has taken her from CrossFit, Personal Training, Group Fitness and now Pilates Reformer. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in versatility and to create challenging, safe, and motivating environments where every person can achieve lasting results. She holds various certifications through CrossFit including Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Kids Strength, Nutrition and Pre & Post Natal athleticism. She started teaching early on in her corporate career to get better at public speaking. She has an undergraduate degree in Movement Studies & Exercise Science and a Masters in Sports Marketing. She is a mother of two who prefers to get her own workouts in before the sun rises so she can take on her kid’s busy morning routine and her own teaching schedule. Her fitness motto will always be: Consistency is Key!!!

Claire
Meet Claire! Originally from Floral Park, but now calls Long Beach home. Claire brings her passion for health and wellness to every class. By day she works in advertising, but in the studio, she’s all about creating energetic, challenging, and fun workouts that make you feel your best! From remixes and rap to the best throwbacks, her playlists keep the vibes high and the sweat flowing. Join Claire in the reformer room for a great sweat and an even better burn!
Lizzie Lentini
Meet Lizzie! Former competitive gymnast and current elite level gymnastics coach. Lizzie is an instructor with a lifelong commitment for movement, holding a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from ASU. For nearly 20 years, Lizzie has been passionately coaching competitive gymnastics, helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals. She is a dedicated athlete, following in her mother’s footsteps as an avid runner since childhood. Her foundation in movement was built through years of competitive gymnastics throughout grade school to college, instilling an exceptional understanding of strength, flexibility, and body control. She firmly believes fitness is for everybody. Her joy comes from empowering people of all ages to discover their own potential and meet their personal fitness milestones.
